This website serves an informational and commercial purpose: it presents Strateguest's services and allows interested hotels to commission a report or request a sample report. Accessing and browsing the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice.
3. Terms of use
Users undertake to use the website and its contents lawfully and in good faith, not to submit false data or third-party data without consent, and not to take any action that could damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal operation.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, Strateguest brand, logo, images and economic impact calculator on this website belong to the owner or to their rightful proprietors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is not permitted without express written permission, except for personal and private use.
5. Liability
The contents of this website are for information and guidance only. In particular, the economic impact calculator provides estimates based on models published in the academic literature and on the data entered by the user; its results do not constitute advice and do not guarantee any outcome.
The owner is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the published information, nor for interruptions or errors of the website beyond their control, although they will seek to correct them as quickly as possible.

This policy explains which personal data we collect through strateguest.com, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and how we obtain it
We only process the data you provide to us through the two forms on the website or by emailing us:
- Report commissioning form: first name, surname, position, hotel or group, corporate email address, telephone number (optional), hotel to assess, city, number of rooms and competitors.
- Sample report request form: first name, surname, hotel or group and corporate email address.
- With each request we also receive the language in which you were viewing the website and the address of the page from which you sent it.
When you submit a form, your own email application opens with the request ready to send: the data travels in a message that you send to contact@strateguest.com . This website does not store the form data.
3. What we use the data for and on what legal basis
- To handle your report request, prepare a proposal and, where applicable, provide the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send you the sample report you have requested. Legal basis: the same.
- To keep in touch with you afterwards in relation to your request, such as answering questions or following up reasonably. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which you may object to at any time.
We do not make automated decisions, we do not profile you and we do not use your data to send you marketing communications unrelated to your request.
4. How long we keep the data
We keep the data while we handle your request and for a maximum of twelve months from our last communication. If a professional relationship is established, we will keep the data for its duration and for the statutory limitation periods, in particular for tax and accounting purposes. After that, the data is deleted.
5. Who we share the data with
We do not transfer or sell your data to third parties. The only party with access to it is the provider that hosts Strateguest's website and email, Hostinger International Ltd., which acts as a data processor in accordance with the GDPR. No international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is envisaged.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to contact@strateguest.com . Please state which right you wish to exercise; we may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es .
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies, does not include analytics tools and does not load third-party resources. It only stores two technical preferences in your browser for the duration of the session: the chosen language and the calculator currency. They are deleted when you close the browser and cannot identify you, so no consent is required.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and operational measures to protect the data: the website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the email account is protected and limited to the controller.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
